We are open 24/7 however, shipping and couriers at this time of year also take a break and shipping times can vary and can be a bit slower. Also some of our staff are away and we would like to let you know that your delivery may take a bit longer than usual to get to you. You may return your merchandise within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please Note:  There is a 15% restocking fee for all fabtoy items &#8211; so choose carefully. If your item appears to have shipping damage, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may replace the damaged item and pursue a claim with the shipper. 	<p>How do I make a return/exchange?<br />To make a return or exchange simply call Yopie&#8217;s Store 64 9 4144644 within the 14-day guarantee period to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the packaging to ensure prompt processing. Your return must be accompanied by the receipt and must include your RA number. Return shipping charges may apply. Returns need be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. We recommend the return be sent via traceable method. We cannot guarantee a full refund without an RA number.</p>]]>

	<p>How can I pay?<br />Yopie&#8217;s store accepts Mastercard and Visa as well as payments through Paypal.</p>


	<p>Currency<br />The currency on Yopie&#8217;s Store is New Zealand dollars.</p>


	<p>What if there is a change in pricing?<br />We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item&#8217;s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.</p>]]>

<![CDATA[<p>At Yopie we&#8217;ve made shipping simple! Free delivery in New Zealand on all products!<br />And we are happy to take international orders and only charge a small fee.</p>


	<p>Exceptions:<br />Fatboy bean bags cannot be shipped internationally.</p>


	<p>Yopie&#8217;s shipping policy:<br />To assure quick arrival in excellent condition. Yopie&#8217;s aims to have all products reach their destination in New Zealand within 5 working days. International postage is dependent on the destination and we will let you know when to expect your items.</p>


	<p>How do I report damaged shipments?<br />Please call us immediately at 64 9 4144644 or <a href="mailto:hello@yopie.co.nz" title="Email Yopie">Email Yopie</a> and we will process a claim and/or replacement. The courier company usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Yopie&#8217;s Store <span class="caps">MUST</span> be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.</p>]]>
